Hi, I’m Jess

I know the depth of the human heart and I am passionate about the human potential for growth and healing. It is an honor and privilege to meet you right where you are and co-create the conditions where healing can occur.

My journey in somatic work is personal. Learning to heal from developmental trauma and the imbalance in my nervous system has given me back my life! I view healing through a somatic lens and believe in the body's innate intelligence.

I have been fascinated by human behavior and spiritual living since I was young. That fascination led me to study metaphysics, tantra, yoga, attachment theory, NVC, Hakomi, Polyvagal theory, and Somatic Experiencing, a modality for regulating the nervous system and releasing trauma.

I would love to help you discover the balance between empathy and healthy boundaries, gain the tools to regulate your nervous system, and develop secure attachments with your Beloveds.

I am warm, empathetic, and a skilled, intuitive listener. Combining somatic work, mindfulness practice, teaching, and counseling for an integrated experience. Safety and titration are key to staying in the present moment, and this is where your healing begins.

Your story is unique, and your body has its own language. You can safely and gently build resilience, capacity, and comfort. Your body has responded to distressing situations in a habitual pattern; we can honor and shift those habits together. You can be present and calm, and develop compassionate love for yourself.

Embrace intimacy

Intimacy begins with a sensual, embodied, and deep connection to yourself. Developing a secure attachment, felt sense of safety, and consensual dialogue with our Beloveds is the foundation of better relationships. You deserve to have agency and sovereignty in all of your relationships. Healing is a process of curiosity and discovery.
